Among our flagship fluid management lines is our high-efficiency Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump (AODD Pump) series. Driven entirely by compressed air, our pneumatic diaphragm pump lineup spans multiple connection sizes—including 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", 2", 4", up to 5" (DN125 flange). These positive-displacement pumps offer wide-ranging flow capacities starting from 5 GPM for localized dosing up to 275 GPM for high-volume liquid transfer, with maximum working pressures reaching up to 120 PSI. To ensure complete chemical compatibility, ATO AODD pumps are available in selectable body materials, including aluminum alloy, stainless steel, cast steel, and non-metallic options.

Designed without dynamic seals to eliminate liquid leakage, ATO air-driven diaphragm pumps provide exceptional operational safety and low maintenance costs. Powered purely by air, they generate no electrical sparks, making them intrinsically safe for transferring flammable solvents, corrosive acids, lime slurry, paints, and high-viscosity wastewater. Featuring self-priming capabilities, submersible operation support, and automatic shutoff when the discharge valve closes, ATO AODD pumps maintain high operating efficiency even after extended wear.
